Who is Kayla Kristine Stephens

My name is Kayla Kristine Stephens born and raised in Santa Ana, California. I am 26 years old, born on August 9th, 1996. I am the Founder of This Is Me Bx3: Bold, Beautiful, Blessed Incorporation est 2019. I attended Segerstrom High School from 2010-2014, serving as Senior Vice President and playing varsity basketball for four years. I was honored as MVP all four years and Student-Athlete of the year in 2014. Later attended Alabama State University (ASU) in Montgomery, Alabama, on a collegiate basketball scholarship from 2014-2018. During my experiences at ASU, I found out who Kayla was. I received two back-to-back SWAC championships and was captain from 2017-2018. I graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Next, I received my Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2021. Currently, I am working on my Doctorate in Leadership and Program Evaluation. I am presently on the Santa Ana Unified School District Wall of Fame. I am currently the youngest, first African American female and the first from my high school (Segerstrom). It is an honor to give back to my community and, eventually, globally. Empowering women to be whatever they want and putting them in a position for success. When you discover your purpose go for it. It has been set in my heart to empower women the way I have learned to empower myself. Sometimes we need that extra support, that little nudge to get going and I have been put in a position to do that. Bold is valuing our voice; beautiful and blessed are what we are. So who is Kayla Kristine Stephens? She is a woman full of faith in herself and women all across the globe. She is full of integrity and purpose. She is ready to see women lead and succeed in all things brought into their life. Kayla is full of graciousness and ambition. Kayla is Bold, Beautiful, and Blessed ready to build a community full of empowering women and young girls.
