THIS IS ME, BX3, Advocacy for Empowering Women & Young Girls; we envision a nationwide network of support where every woman and girl, regardless of background, has the confidence, opportunity, and guidance to rise. Through intentional mentorship, transformative education, and barrier-breaking access to resources, This Is Me Bx3 is building a future where boldness is celebrated, beauty is redefined, and blessings are lived out loud. Together, we’re shaping an equitable society where women and girls lead, achieve, and flourish.

THIS IS ME BX3 - Advocacy for Empowering Women & Young Girls, a purpose-driven nonprofit that blends self-discovery, leadership development, and community engagement to elevate underserved voices. Rooted in advocacy, we create intentional spaces where women and girls uncover their worth, gain awareness, and challenge societal limitations.

 

PURPOSE

At its core, THIS IS ME BX3 - The Advocacy for Empowering Women & Young Girls is about transformation. Our programs support women and girls on their self-awareness, confidence, and leadership journey. Whether navigating trauma, rebuilding identity, or stepping into their power for the first time, we stand beside them, encouraging them to rewrite the narrative, reclaim their voice, and boldly take up space in this world. You are bold. You are beautiful. You are blessed.

OBJECTIVE

         

THIS IS ME BX3 - Advocacy for Empowering Women & Young Girls is to ensure that every woman and girl we serve recognizes her value and her place in society, regardless of circumstances. This Is Me Bx3 seeks to eliminate limiting beliefs, internalized stigma, and external barriers by fostering a culture of belonging, resilience, and personal growth. Through culturally responsive programming, we guide participants in rewriting their environment and future.

POPULATION SERVED

 

        The targeted population for THIS IS ME BX3 serves women and girls across diverse backgrounds, with a primary focus on Black and minority youth, single mothers, justice-involved women, and girls impacted by trauma, poverty, or systemic inequity. We work with participants from early adolescence to adulthood, providing tiered programming that evolves with their needs from academic support to workforce preparation.
